Intercity Online (IOL)

Intercity State Bank is committed to keeping your personal and financial information secure. Therefore, we have added an additional layer of security to Intercity Online (IOL) and Intercity Online for Business (IOL-B) called Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

MFA provides additional protection from identity theft. Prior to accessing your account information, you can verify that you are truly on our web site by making sure the secret visual image matches your descriptive phrase. Second, the bank's security system matches this image with your computer. We want to assist you in making sure that only authorized individuals have access to your accounts. If you access IOL from another computer, you will need to answer challenge questions only you know the answers to.

First Time Users (Customers who have never used the Intercity online access either before or after the implementation of multifactor authentication). CLICK on First Time Users above and you will find very specific directions about how to get started. Read them carefully. Print them for reference if you can.

Return Users / First-Time on MFA (Users who have previously logged in and used IOL but are establishing their multifactor authentication, MFA, for the first time).

First Login screen. ENTER Access ID (formerly your User ID) in Log In section above and CLICK Submit.

Second Log In screen, ENTER your password, the same one you have been using to access your accounts online. CLICK Submit.

Next "Set Security Data" screen. ENTER and CONFIRM your E-mail address, describe the picture you see, and SELECT and ANSWER the three questions. You will need to know these answers if you attempt to access your accounts from any other computer than the one you currently have registered. SELECT an option of whether your computer is personal or public (at home would be personal; at the library would be public). CLICK Submit.

Disclosure screen. Please read the disclosures carefully since they describe your rights and responsibilities when you use Intercity State Bank's online products and services. If you agree to terms and conditions described in the disclosures, CLICK Accept. You should now be able to view your accounts.
