I am a first time User who has never used IOL before. How do I get started?


You may want to PRINT this page so you can refer to the instructions as you proceed through the initial, secure sign-up process. Once you begin the sign-up process, you will be unable to see and refer back to these instructions.

After reading these directions, CLICK the LOG IN button below.

On Login Page, CLICK on "First Time User" (Do NOT enter anything into Access ID.)
On "First Time Login" page, ENTER one of your account numbers. You will be allowed to change this ID later. From the Account Type drop-down menu, SELECT the account type that matches the account number you entered into the Access ID box.

For your initial Password, ENTER your "Round-the-Clock Bankline" password. You will be asked to change this password later. If you do not use "Round-the-Clock Bankline" or you cannot remember your password, please contact a personal banker by e-mail or by phone at 715-359-4231. Ask for an initial password to sign up on IOL. After entering a password, CLICK Submit.

The next page asks you to "Enter a New Access ID and Password. These Will be Used for All Future Access." ENTER an Access ID of your choice that is easy for you to remember. (It could be an account number.) ENTER a new password that is from 6 to 17 characters in length. RE-ENTER that new password. Remember your password. (If you forget your password, please contact a personal banker by e-mail or by phone at 715-359-4231, and the password can be reset.) CLICK Submit and proceed to Multifactor Authentication for additional security.

The next page is titled "Set Security Data." ENTER and CONFIRM your E-mail address, describe the picture you see, and SELECT and ANSWER the three questions. You will need to know these answers if you attempt to access your accounts from any other computer than the one you currently have registered.

SELECT an option of whether your computer is personal or public (at home would be personal; at the library would be public).

CLICK Submit and you will see a list of disclosures. Please read these carefully since they describe your rights and responsibilities when you use Intercity State Bank's online products and services. If you agree to terms and conditions described in the disclosures, CLICK Accept. You should now be able to view your accounts.
