Leisure Club Event Sign-Up

You can sign-up for Leisure Club events via the form below. Simply complete your preferences and click “Submit.” An email is sent to a personal banker who will follow-up with you to confirm your registration.

Use this convenient form to register for each event separately. If you’d like to sign up for multiple events at one time, just give us a call at 715-241-0400 and we can do that over the phone.

Please consult the fees list on the event description page to calculate the cost of each event for each registered member and non-member. Your event fees need to be paid prior to the day of the event to secure your spot.
