Travis Erler joins Business Banking Team

Travis Erler, Commercial Loan Officer.

Intercity State Bank – a Branch of One Community Bank is pleased to announce that Travis Erler has joined the Business Banking Team as a Commercial Loan Officer.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Travis to the Wausau community,” said Chris Pfender, Regional President. ”His background and skill set coupled with his affinity for community banking make him a perfect fit for the Commercial Lending team.”

Travis brings a strong background in banking and client service to his new role. He began his banking career as a Customer Service Representative while working summers during college. Following graduation, he transitioned into mortgage and consumer lending before moving into commercial banking and joining One Community Bank in 2023.

“I love the camaraderie of the team at One Community Bank. Working with good people makes work enjoyable,” said Travis. “Additionally, I enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish and watching that progress positively impact our clients.”

In his new position, Travis will focus on originating new business relationships and developing and maintaining existing client partnerships throughout the Wausau area.

Travis is eager to become active in the local community. He plans to get involved with the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce and hopes to coach youth sports as his children grow.

Outside of work Travis enjoys spending time with his family and describes himself as a sports fanatic. He’s an avid supporter of the Packers, Badgers, and Bucks, and when there’s a game on, you can bet he’s tuned in. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors.
