One Community Bank is excited to welcome Austin Solomon to the Wausau Advisory Committee. This newly formed committee is providing advice, critical assessments, and local market knowledge in the greater Wausau community.

“Austin’s commitment to meaningful relationships and his community connection make him a natural fit for the Wausau Advisory Committee,” said Steve Peotter, President and CEO of One Community Bank. “I’m looking forward to the insight and perspective he will bring to our shared goals.”

A licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Action, Austin brings a decade of experience to the committee. His entry into real estate was initially driven by an interest in investing as a wealth-building strategy, but his passion quickly shifted toward leading clients through the buying and selling process.

Austin is motivated by the potential of the committee and its broader impact on the Wausau community. “I’m excited about OCB’s values, community-focused vision, and growth mindset,” he said. “It’s encouraging to see the innovation, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail that they put into the business.”

Austin sees a natural alignment between his professional mindset and One Community Bank’s mission. “Our team’s goal is to come along side our clients, educate them, and advise them as they buy or sell real estate.” Austin shared. “We want to offer local market knowledge and experiential guidance, ultimately being their advisor more than a salesperson. Long-term, this builds relationships that surpass the transaction and strengthens our community. This pairs well with OCB’s vision to be serve clients, support colleagues, and invest in their communities.”
