Prequalification

Give yourself the power of knowledge before you begin your home search. We offer a no fee prequalification program, so you can be confident knowing that you qualify for a certain price range. Having a prequalification shows a seller that you’re a serious buyer, and will help you with the negotiating process. Check out our calculators to do some preliminary number crunching.

Types of Loans

Conventional Fixed Rate Loans – This loan features a fixed rate for the entire term of the loan. There are multiple year terms available to you. This is a popular option for many people.

WHEDA Advantage – This program by the (Wisconsin Housing Economic Development Authority – WHEDA) is specific to first time home buyers. Some of the features of WHEDA advantage are a 30-yr. fixed rate requiring low down payment and job loss protection.

Balloon Rate Mortgages – Your rate is fixed for a shorter, preset term. Payment can be amortized for a number of years. This loan option is available as an alternative to conventional financing.

Construction Loans – Perhaps you are interested in building a new home. This loan option is usually set for a short period of time and your payment is interest only on the amount borrowed.

Vacant Land / Lot Loans – Whether you are looking for an investment, hunting land or a spot to build your perfect home, we have a variety of flexible financing options.

Home Equity Line of Credit – Want flexibility? Simply open a line of credit (HELOC) and access your funds by using your HELOC debit card, or by writing a check. As you repay funds borrowed against your equity line, they immediately become available again. Use as little or as much as you want, when you want.

Home Equity Loan – Want your total loan amount provided right away? With a Home Equity Loan, you receive a lump sum up front and make regular monthly payments over a set period of time.
