Frequently Asked Questions
What is the conversion?
The conversion is the transition of Intercity State Bank accounts and services to One Community Bank’s systems and digital banking platform. This upgrade will provide enhanced technology and new features.
Why is this change taking place?
As Intercity State Bank becomes One Community Bank, we are bringing all accounts and services onto a single banking platform. This allows us to offer enhanced technology, expanded digital capabilities, and a more seamless banking experience.
Can I access my money during the conversion weekend?
Yes. You will continue to have access to your funds. Cash will be available through ATMs; and your debit card, credit card, and checks can continue to be used during the conversion weekend.
How do I access Telephone Banking?
Telephone Banking will be available beginning November 9, 2026, by calling 608-835-2621. During your first login, your temporary PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to create a new PIN for future use.
How can I verify that communication about the conversion is not fraudulent?
One Community Bank will never ask for your access codes or online banking credentials through unsolicited phone calls, text messages, or emails. If you receive a suspicious communication, contact us directly using the information displayed on our website.
What should I do if I notice an error on my account?
If you believe there is an error or unauthorized electronic transaction on your account, please call or write us at 733 N. Main St, Oregon, WI 53575. To protect your rights, notify us within 60 days of the statement date on which the error appears.
Will there be any changes to my deposit accounts?
The current names, features, and benefits of your Intercity State Bank deposit accounts will be converted to One Community Bank account products. For a full set of account terms and conditions, see the Deposit Account Agreement.
Can I continue using my current debit card after the conversion?
Yes. Your current debit card will continue to work exactly as it does today. If you would like a debit card featuring the One Community Bank logo, you may stop into any of our banking locations to request a replacement card.
Will my debit card limits remain the same?
Debit card limits will follow One Community Bank limits: $10,000 point-of-sale and $515 ATM.
How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?
If your debit card is lost or stolen, call us immediately at 715-359-4231 during business hours, or 800-472-3272 after hours. You can also manage your card anytime through Card Management in Online Banking or the Mobile App.
Is Online Banking available during the conversion?
Yes. Online and mobile banking are available in inquiry only mode beginning at 12:00 PM on Friday, November 6. Clients can view balances and transaction history but cannot perform transactions such as transfers, Bill Pay, or Mobile Deposit.
